If the option to enable Call Forwarding is missing on Windows 8 Phone, this is probably because it’s either not supported by your telephone plan or you have 4G enabled. To fix this, first try disabling 4G (or dropping it down to 3G) on your Windows 8 phone (Swipe from the right hand side -> settings -> mobile+SIM -> Highest connection speed). If that doesn’t work, check with your telephone service provider if call forwarding is supported on your contract.
