Annoyingly Windows 10 keeps downloading Candy Crush Soda Saga and other Windows Store apps without my permission. If I uninstall Candy Crush, Windows kindly installs it again straight away. I managed to fix this without disabling the Windows Store, or messing around with registry hacks by clicking Start -> Settings -> Personalisation -> Start, then turning off “Occasionally show suggestions in Start”.
Of course, once I’d fixed this, I still needed to uninstall Candy Crush and all the other games Windows 10 had installed automatically.
