If you get a bounced email saying:
Use mail relays of your ISP – SMTP 550 error
This is most likely because your reverse DNS doesn’t match your SMTP banner. To fix this, you need to contact your ISP (Not the people hosting your DNS, but the ISP – which may be the same) and ask them to set up a reverse DNS record pointing to the domain name sending the email that bounced.
