The Unknown Device with hardware ID USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B&REV_0010 is actually an Intel Wireless Bluetooth device, which is hardware found on the GA-X399 motherboard, which may help you find a driver (I don’t have a link, I used a CD that came with the motherboard).
