      Since workstations were upgraded to win7 OS, users can no longer print labels to a remote label printer from outside the office but works fine printing inside the office. The printer is a Saito Advantage LX model.

      Just to clarify:

      The printer is in the central office and the users can’t print from remote sites?

      OR

      The printer is in a remote office and the users can’t print from the central office?

      Can the users that can’t print, ping the remote printer?

      The label printer is a Raglan based office and users external to the Raglan office cannot print to it, neither can it be pinged remotely.

      However there is a Ricoh laser printer which is pingable externally and can be printed to remotely… Both printers return an IP segment of 10.150.112.xx

      Is the remote site on a FrameRelay / OneOffice type connection or a separate broadband connection?

      If a user in the remote site does an ipconfig, what IP do they get?
