I just deleted a bunch of files, which according to Trend Micro, you can delete to reclaim space if Trend Micro is taking up too much space. I just wanted to share my findings that although yes, deleting the recommended files does reclaim space, it also totally stuffs up your antivirus software, preventing it from updating or viewing the web UI.
