When trying to launch GoTo Assist, you get this error:

The Timestamp signature and/or certificate could not be verified or is malformed.
Failed to download GoToAssist from our servers.
Please restart the download or contact Global Customer Support…
This is usually because either the date / time on your computer is wrong or because the certificate needs to be installed. To do this, after running the application, click on the Publisher part of the pop-up, then install the certificate.
