The driver for the SM Bus Controller with hardware ID PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_790B&SUBSYS_50011458&REV_59 is an AMD SMBus, which is hardware found on the GA-X399 motherboard, which may help you find a driver (I don’t have a link, I used a CD that came with the motherboard).
