The driver for the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller with hardware ID PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1456&SUBSYS_14561022&REV_00 is an AMD PSP 3.0 Device, which is hardware found on the GA-X399 motherboard, which may help you find a driver (I don’t have a link, I used a CD that came with the motherboard).
