      If you’re having trouble getting AppLocker to work on Windows 10, I can confirm that Applocker is supported on Windows 10, but only on Windows 10 Enterprise edition.

      AppLocker will not work on other versions of Windows 10, including Windows 10 Pro edition. Obviously Windows 10 Home edition doesn’t support Applocker because you can’t add it to a domain and therefore can’t set AppLocker policies on it.

      AppLocker is supported on Windows 10 Enterprise edition only
