If you want to stop Windows 7 asking you to update to Windows 10, you have 2 options. Either be a good Microsoft fan boy and upgrade to Windows 10, or uninstall KB3035583. After you uninstall KB3035583, click restart later, disable Windows Updates, reboot the PC and then hide update KB3035583 before re-enabling Windows Update. Otherwise, it may just reinstall KB3035583 and ask you to update to Windows 10 immediately after rebooting.
