It’s not obvious where the setting is to stop OfficeScan from scanning Outlook email. To stop OfficeScan from scanning email in Outlook, go to Agents -> Agent Management, then right click on the OU containing the workstations you don’t want to scan email in and click Settings -> Privileges and Other Settings. Next click Other Settings and deselect Scan POP3 email, under POPe Email Scan Settings.
