It’s not obvious how to draw an arrow in Visio 2010, you’d think there’d be an arrow button but there isn’t. To draw an arrow in Visio 2010, you have to:
- Draw a standard connector
- Select the line
- Click the drop down arrow next to Line (in the Shape section, under Home)
- Click Arrows
- Select the type of arrow you want to turn the line into
