When you try to delete an object that is protected from accidental deletion, you will get this error:

      Active Directory Domain Services

You do not have sufficient privileges to delete OU, or this object is protected from accidental deletion.

To delete an object that is protected from accidental deletion, click View -> Advanced Features. Then right click the object you want to delete and click Properties. On the Object tab, untick Protect object from accidental deletion, then click OK. You should now be able to delete the object.
