You can copy driver files from one PC to another by navigating to this folder on one PC:
\\ComputerName\c$\Windows\System32\DriverStore
and copying the contents to a location on the PC you want to copy the drivers to. Once you’ve copied the driver files (you’ll need the whole contents of the aforementioned DriverStore folder, including the folders in the same structure), you can load up the Driver Manager on the PC and do a scan for drivers (specifying the folder you copied them to).
Note: The operating system will probably have to be the same version for the drivers to work on the PC you’re copying them to.
