Changing Outlook 2013’s Send / Receive schedule is easy. Here’s how to change the Send / Receive schedule in Outlook 2013:
- Start Outlook 2013
- Open the inbox
- Click the Send / Receive tab on the ribbon menu at the top
- Click Send / Receive groups
- Click Define Send / Receive Groups
- Tick Schedule an automatic send/receive every x minutes
- Change the value of x to change the send / receive schedule
- Click Close
