  When trying to make Google Chrome the default browser in Windows 10, you get this error:
  
  Google Chrome cannot determine or set the default browser.
  
  This is because Windows 10 has changed the way default browsers are set. To fix this, go to the Start menu and type Default Programs. Click on Default Programs and under Web browser, click on the current default browser and change it to Google Chrome.
