      You get the following error in the Windows 10 event log:

      Source: Microsoft-Windows-AppModel-Runtime
      Event Log: Microsoft-Windows-AppModel-Runtime/Admin
      Event ID: 69
      Event User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
      Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.WindowsPhone_10.1607.1991.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe for user Domain\User {S-1-5-xxx} (current status = 0x0, desired status = 0x20).

      This is because you’ve left a user logged into Windows and the Microsoft Store is trying to update / add / remove some package(s) and is unable to. It’s safe to ignore this error.
