Error 1919. Error Configuring ODBC Data Source – Outlook 2003

When trying to launch Outlook 2003 (from the Office 2003 suite), you get this error:

Error 1919. Error configuring ODBC data source: Visual FoxPro Database. ODBC error 6: Component not found in the registry. Verify that the file Visual FoxPro Database exists and that you can access it.

To fix this, I reinstalled Office 2003 but came across the same Error configuring ODBC data source, so I clicked ignore a couple of times and tried to start Outlook. When I tried to start Outlook, I got the same error again. I clicked ignore a couple of times and Outlook seems to work now.
