Error 1391 Indicates An ACL Contains No Inheritable Components

Error 1391 (0x56F)
Indicates an ACL contains no inheritable components.

Error 1391 occurs because either there are no NTFS permissions to inherit for the file or folder, or because the ACL is broken.

To fix error 1391:

1. Right click the file / folder that is returning ERROR_NO_INHERITANCE
2. Click Properties
3. Go to the Security tab
4. Click Advanced
5. Click Change Permissions
6. Tick the Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent box. If there are no inheritable components, set some permissions on the folder containing the file / folder reporting the error, and set these permissions to Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object.
