When trying to start the Interactive Services Detection service, you get this error:
Windows could not start the Interactive Services Detection service on Local Computer.
Error 1: Incorrect function.
To fix this and start the Interactive Services Detection service, change the value of the NoInteractiveServices registry value from 1 to 0 in the following registry location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows
