When installing PostGIS (PostgreSQL), you get this error:
Error opening file for writing C:\Path\Libiconv 2.dll
The error writing to Libiconv 2.dll is a known PostGIS / PostgreSQL bug and you can work around this by simply hitting Ignore. Everything should work fine after hitting Ignore.
