Windows automatically restarted / shutdown by itself. When I logged back in, it gave this error:
Your PC ran into a problem. This problem caused your PC to restart.
This is because Windows either crashed or had a power loss. Ensure that no drivers have recently been updated, and that all hardware is functioning correctly. Failing this, you may wish to invest in a UPS.
