WSUS Says Updates Needed But Client Says Up To Date

The WSUS Server says that updates are needed, but the client says it’s up to date when you do Windows Update. I’ve read online that this is typically because the Windows Update hasn’t been downloaded on the WSUS server or made available to the client.
