WinRM QuickConfig Access Is Denied Error 0x80070005

When trying to run WinRM QuickConfig, you get this Access is denied error:

Message = Access is denied.

Error number: -2147024891 0x80070005
Access is denied.

Access is denied by default when you run winrm quickconfig because you need to run it as an administrator. To fix this, right click the command prompt shortcut and click “Run as Administrator”, then try running winrm quickconfig again.
