    When trying to make a call in Lync when you have OCS and Lync installed in your environment, you get:

    Call was not completed or has ended.

    When contacting your support team, reference error ID 500 (source ID 239)…

    You get this error in Lync if your ISDN cannels are set up incorrectly by your ISP. You can also get reference error ID 500 if your Collaboration service and admin service are running on the same server – you can fix this by changing the listening port for the Collaboration service.

    Finally, using different SSL certificates on the Front End OCS 2007 R2 server to the Lync 2010 Front End server. Install a certificate from the same Trust Certification Authority to fix this.
