I’ve found that VMware Fault Tolerance is not working for all VMs. Unfortunately if Fault Tolerance isn’t working, it may be because Fault Tolerance isn’t supported even though you are licensed for the FT feature and have been able to enable FT successfully!
VMware Fault Tolerance is only supported on VMs that meet the FT requirements for VMs.
Most likely Fault Tolerance isn’t working for a particular VM because it has more than 1 vCPU 😉
