Unable to see if Time in vCenter is AM or PM

  VMware vCenter is not displaying whether the time alerts and other logs are happening in the AM or PM. The time seems not to be displayed as 24 hour time, but doesn’t display AM or PM at the end of the time.

  Turns out that this is caused by the Long Time not being set to display AM or PM in the Control Panel -> Date and Time settings. Changing this fixes the issue.
