OR The printer is in a remote office and the users can’t print from the central office? Can the users that can’t print, ping the remote printer? However there is a Ricoh laser printer which is pingable externally and can be printed to remotely… Both printers return an IP segment of 10.150.112.xx July 17, 2014 at 8:39 am #474 WebmasterKeymaster Is the remote site on a FrameRelay / OneOffice type connection or a separate broadband connection?
