If you’re unable to connect to TeamViewer because the application isn’t running, you need to set the TeamViewer Full Client to run as a Windows Service. To do this, right click the TeamViewer Full Client application and click Run as Administrator (log in using your Windows admin credentials). Next log into TeamViewer and click on the cog icon to access settings, then click on the General tab and turn on “Start TeamViewer with Windows”.
