The following error appears in the event viewer:
The Eaton Intelligent Power Manager service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.
Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7030
From what I can see, no action is required here. The Eaton Intelligent Power Manager service will still send emails when the UPS goes to battery or for any other alerts you configure. It will also still interact with the desktop, displaying notification as configured.
However, if you want to get rid of the system is configured to not allow interactive services message, then you could configure the permissions of the user account that runs the Eaton Intelligent Power Manager service to allow interactive services, or set the service to use an account that has that permission already.
However I wouldn’t recommend this because you’d be reducing the security of the system just to get rid of an error message that doesn’t do anything.
