In SCCM, after you click Run Summarization you get this message:
The summarization of this deployment has been scheduled to be updated throughout the hierarchy. Allow time for the system to perform this action, then refresh the view to see the results.
Basically, SCCM is requesting information to update the data and this takes time. Wait a while then move focus to another part of SCCM, then back on the deployment to refresh the results.
