Can be downloaded from the Dell website, under the Optiplex 9029 drivers. (I know that the SM Bus controller you have may not be for a Dell PC, but they have the drivers for the SM Bus controller with the above hardware ID, which they use in their Optiplex machines.

If you don’t want to download the driver from the Dell website (because Dell hate their customers and their website is terrible), you can do a Google search for a Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series SMBus Controller – 8C22 driver, because that’s what the device with hardware ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C22&SUBSYS_05A41028&REV_04 is.
