By default the Windows Firewall blocks the posts used by SCCM Remote Tools. To unblock SCCM Remote Tools in the Windows Firewall, you need to allow the following ports:

    • TCP and UDP port 2701 for the control traffic of SCCM Remote Tools
    • TCP and UDP port 2702 for the data traffic of SCCM Remote Tools
    • TCP port 135 for the RPC Endpoint Mapper, which is required to remote control a computer with SCCM Remote Tools
    • TCP port 3389 for RDP and RTC traffic (also required by SCCM Remote Tools)

Unblocking these ports on client computers will enable the use of SCCM Remote Tools to remote control the computer.
