SCCM Deploy Fails With OnContentAvailable Program Not Available, 0x80091007

When trying to deploy a package using SCCM, the ExecMgr log shows this error:

OnContentAvailable program (Program Name) NOT available, 0x80091007

You get the program NOT available, 0x80091007 error when the SCCM client can’t find the program. In other words, the program is not available on an SCCM distribution point for the client to install.

Troubleshoot error 0x80091007 as a distribution point issue, check that the client has access to the file share location that the program is stored in SCCM, check that the distribution point is working, check that the program has actually been set to be assigned to a distribution point and that those distribution points have been updated, etc…
