      Why would a printer still print out in colour when the user chooses black and white? I’m troubleshooting for a user who is printing from a browser application and they have selected the printer (black and white) but it still comes out in colour.

      I gather the printer is set up twice in the printer manager, once for colour printing and once for black and white.

      My guess is that the printer settings are wrong somewhere. But any advise of what direction to go in would be appreciated.

      Problem was isolated to the browser. When she went in to print the colour side was coming up automatically and the user just wasn’t choosing the correct “printer”.
      Changed the default back to black and white. Problem resolved!
