  Can someone help me find the Windows Server 2012 R2 driver for a PCI Simple Communications Controller whose hardware ID is:

  It turned out that the PCI Simple Communications Controller with hardware ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A13A&SUBSYS_06C71028&REV_31 was actually an Intel Management Engine Interface and required the Intel Management Engine Components driver, which I obtained from Dell (see Intel(R) Management Engine Components Installer, under the Chipset heading).
