If you’re looking for the drive for a PCI Memory Controller, whose hardware ID is:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A121&SUBSYS_06C71028&REV_31
It’s the Intel Management Engine Interface and required the Intel Management Engine Components driver, which I obtained from Dell (see Intel(R) Management Engine Components Installer, under the Chipset heading).
