The driver for the PCI Device with hardware ID PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_145A&SUBSYS_145A1022&REV_00 is an AMD PCI, which is hardware found on the GA-X399 motherboard, which may help you find a driver (I don’t have a link, I used a CD that came with the motherboard).
