Nuget Package Manager Won’t Open (Visual Studio)

In Visual Studio, if you find that Nuget Package Manager won’t open, click Tools -> Options, then select Nuget Package Manager and click the “Clear Cache” button. It takes a little time to clear the cache, but after that, Nuget Package Manager should open.

Note: If it still doesn’t work, you might have to Save your project (you can’t open the Nuget Package Manager if the project hasn’t been changed).
