  When you try to run Move-ADDirectoryServerOperationMasterRole in PowerShell, you get this error:
  
  Move-ADDirectoryServerOperationMasterRole : Access is denied
  
  This is because either the user account you are running the command with isn’t in the Enterprise Admins / Schema Admins group(s) or because you haven’t right clicked the PowerShell icon and clicked Run as administrator to start PowerShell.
