If IIS has revoked your certificate, the first thing to check is to make sure that your certificate provider hasn’t revoked your certificate. If the certificate authority thinks the certificate is valid, then IIS has revoked it.
There are 2 reasons that I’m aware of that would cause IIS to revoke the certificate. Firstly, if IIS is unable to contact servers on the revocation list (maybe blocked by firewall or they’re unavailable). Secondly, IIS can revoke your certificate if you haven’t installed the intemediate certificates on the server (or some other part of the certificate chain).
I do not recommend disabling IIS certificate revocation, because this can cause a security hole if the CA has issues. Much better to fix the issue.
