Does anyone know how to update Google Chromecast? I know that when you first set Google Chromecast up, it updates itself, but I was wondering if there’s a way to make it update or check that my Chromecast is on the latest patch level / firmware after it’s been running a while.

Ok, I’ve done a little research on how to update your Google Chromecast and found that after it runs it’s first update (when you first connect it to your network), according to Google it automatically updates itself as new features come out.
So you don’t need to do anything to keep your Google Chromecast up to date.
