By default, Google Chrome asks to save passwords. To stop Google Chrome from asking to save passwords:

    1. Open Google Chrome
    2. Go to: chrome://settings/
    3. Under Passwords and Forms, untick Offer to save your web passwords.
    4. For extra security, delete any passwords already saved in Google Chrome

If you are administering a domain, you can download a group policy adm template from Google to manage the computers on your network to stop them saving users passwords.
