      Changing Outlook 2013’s Send / Receive schedule is easy. Here’s how to change the Send / Receive schedule in Outlook 2013:

      1. Start Outlook 2013
      2. Open the inbox
      3. Click the Send / Receive tab on the ribbon menu at the top
      4. Click Send / Receive groups
      5. Click Define Send / Receive Groups
      6. Tick Schedule an automatic send/receive every x minutes
      7. Change the value of x to change the send / receive schedule
      8. Click Close
