      Need to add the menu bar to Internet Explorer 11? Here’s how to add the menu bar to Internet Explorer 11 via group policy:

      Open Group Policy Manager
      Edit an appropriate policy and navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer
      Enable the Turn on menu bar by default GPO setting

      Internet Explorer 11 should now have the menu bar added to it for the computers that the group policy applies to.
