If you are unable to tick the Easy Access checkbox in TeamViewer, that’s because you don’t have permission. Easy Access makes TeamViewer run as a Windows Service, instead of just a program, therefore only an Administrator of the computer is able to turn on Easy Access.
To fix this, close TeamViewer, right click the TeamViewer icon and click Run as Administrator. The Easy Access checkbox should no longer be greyed out.
