When a Dell computer gives the 2000-0141 error, this means that there’s an issue with the hard disk drive. Error 2000-0141 doesn’t pertain to a specific issue around the hard drive, but can be fixed by disconnecting the hard drive, then reconnecting it. Error 2000-0141 may also be fixed by installing the latest BIOS.
If the above doesn’t fix the issue, then error 2000-0141 generally means that the hard drive is broken.
